     Bo auditioned in Orlando, at the age of twenty eight. He has recently turned twenty nine, which would make him one of the oldest contestants in the competition alongside Constantine Maroulis.

     Bo claims that he firsted started singing since he could talk but has only been performing since he was nine years old, with formal training being the choir in high school. He can also play the piano, guitar, bass, sax and harmonica along with being able to write songs. Besides that Bo even has a recording studio at home. And having him being able to sing and play multiple insturments is pretty good seeing as he has a band called: "Sugar Money."

     If he doesn't make it on American Idol, which I highly doubt, but IF he doesn't he would like to continue working with music and try to get a job in the music field or perhaps even one day own a Guitar store. Before performing on A.I. Bo tends to pray -- its a daily ritual along with his luckie charms --a cross he wears that he got from his mother, and a shield he keeps in his pocket that he got from England. His ultimate idol would be his mother and the heroes in his life would be his parents, how can it be someone else other than a family member? :smiles: Gotta love the parents.

     Going to back to things dealing with American Idol, Bo says that the proudest moment of his life so far was making the top twenty four of american idol, he than defines an "American Idol" as someone who is talented, good spirited and dedicated to their craft. Than when asked which Judge was his favorite, Bo says that they all are. Another thing Bo says about American Idol is that it has changed his life for the better. Well Bo honestly,  I would think so. You have gained a wide range of fans, and so many people support you now.

     According to Bo, he "claims" his friends would be surprised that he owns a Metallica CD or that he loves cooking. His favorite male pop artist would be Matchbox Twenty and the favorite female pop artist would have to go to Sheryl Crow.

Lastly,

If he wins, Bo said he will be thanking God first, than family and lastly the Crew of American Idol.
